The person said give me 10 minutes. I thought he forgot. Then when i again he said i had never confirmed. Extremely unprofessional behaviour."

When I called them to book a cab on coming weekend (4 days in advance), the person on other side (Laxmi Travel) said very arrogantly that call me one day before your trip and disconnected and didnt even share fare or anything. So a person keep waiting till end and then call Laxmi travel one day before to make his plan as per them. Extremely bad service, will never take their service and will not recommend to anyone."
